Both. Mobile is what you carry. Desktop is the base-camp machine: larger local model, bulk library, household inventory. Same brand, different cut. We are not stuffing a 15 GB laptop stack onto an iPhone.
No. Medical, plant ID, and first-aid topics show a warning. Citations are there so you can open the source. This does not replace training or a clinician.
Mobile uses a compact on-device model plus the curated library. Map packs add storage by region. Desktop full-power install is about 15 GB, 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended.
